Notice: In compliance with Washington State's Phased in Reopening during the Covid-19 pandemic, we are not offering use of our whole camp. Single families may rent individual cabins for a family retreat. You may also choose to do this with friends at the same time, but we ask that you follow state guidelines for keeping your group small. No mixed group use of the dining hall is possible. The dining hall can be rented for single family use along with a cabin rental.
Quaker Cove would love to host your group! Choose a small cabin or two for a little getaway or prayer retreat or go big and rent the whole camp. For food services, you have three options. Rent our dining hall and enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner prepared by our staff, bring your own cook (groups must have a cook or person responsible for the kitchen with a current food handler's permit), or use one of the fully equipped kitchens in our winterized cabins and cook for your group. We are happy to customize every rental so it fits your group's needs and budget.
Check out our facilities here or take a look at our pricelist. Give us the details of your retreat or event using our contact form and we will help work out the details. We look forward to hosting you!
Our rustic, one-room cabins offer a great way to have an old school camp experience. Equipped with electricity and a woodstove, they are also located near our central restrooms. There are 32 twin size bunk beds available in the various rustic cabins, depending on which are available at the time of your stay.
For a great retreat any time of year, choose one of our full-service cabins. Each cabin has a wood stove (except Fitch which uses cadet space heaters) and private bathroom with a shower. Beck Cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, and Helland Cabin has a kitchenette. Our variety of options make cooking for your group convenient and hassle-free.
Helland Cabin currently houses some of our staff. Normally, it sleeps eight people. There are two rooms, one with 4 beds (in bunks) and the other with a queen size bed that sleeps two. The living room area has two couches, one of which is a pull-out bed that can sleep two. We've recently added a refrigerator and oven. A deck off of the living room provides a view of the lower camp area.
Beck Cabin sleeps ten people. With a room downstairs with a queen mattress as well as three rooms upstairs, it's great for a big group. It has a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Beck is privately owned by the family who built it, and it is available upon request depending on their schedule.
Fitch Cabin sleeps eight people. There are two rooms, one with a queen bed and one bunk bed, and two bunk beds nest in the corner of the living area. On the other side of the office, Fitch is prime real estate close to the main entrance and the Upper Field, perfect for a cozy stay.
Greene Cabin will be under renovation beginning September of 2019. The Seume family, our Camp Directors, look forward to calling it home once it's been updated for full time, residential living.
Tents and R.V.s
We have plenty of space for tents in both our large upper and lower fields, with our central restrooms conveniently nearby. There are two RV spaces with full hook-ups available near the central camp area, and one with just electricity and water. We also have a dedicated area just off of the upper field for RV camping with no hook-up (but a dump site is available). If your group is expecting a large number of tent or RV campers, please let us know so that we can make sure we're able to accomodate your needs.
