Overnight Rentals

Quaker Cove would love to host your group! Choose a small cabin or two for a little getaway or prayer retreat or go big and rent the whole camp. For food services, you have two options. Rent our dining hall and bring your own cook (groups must have a cook or person responsible for the kitchen with a current Washington State food handler's permit), or use one of the fully equipped kitchens (Helland, Hendricks or Beck) in our winterized cabins and cook for your group. We are happy to customize every rental so it fits your group's needs and budget.

Check out our facilities here or take a look at our pricelist. Give us the details of your retreat or event using our contact form and we will help work out the details. We look forward to hosting you!

Our rustic, one-room cabins offer a great way to have an old school camp experience. Equipped with electricity and a woodstove, they are also located near our central restrooms. There are 24 twin size bunk beds available in the two rustic cabins.

For a great retreat any time of year, choose one of our insulated and finished cabins. Each cabin has a wood stove and a heat pump (except Fitch which uses electric heaters) and private bathroom with a shower. Beck, Helland, and Hendricks Cabins have fully equipped kitchens, and Fitch Cabin has a small fridge and microwave. Our variety of options make cooking for your group convenient and hassle-free.

Helland Cabin sleeps eight people. There are two rooms, one with 4 beds (in bunks) and the other with a queen size bed that sleeps two. The living room area has two couches, one of which is a pull-out bed that can sleep two. It has a full kitchen and a deck off of the living room that provides a view of the lower camp area.

Beck Cabin sleeps ten people. With a room downstairs with a queen mattress as well as three rooms upstairs, it's great for a big group. It has a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Beck is privately owned by the family who built it, and it is available upon request depending on their schedule.

Fitch Cabin sleeps eight people. There are two rooms, one with a queen bed and one bunk bed, and two bunk beds nest in the corner of the living area. On the other side of the office, Fitch is prime real estate close to the main entrance and the Upper Field, perfect for a cozy stay.

Hendricks Cabin sleeps 4 with one queen bed in the back area, which is curtained off and a bunk bed in the main living area of the cabin. It's studio style set up includes a full kitchen and private bathroom. The porch looks down toward the Palmer Cabin and Similk Bay.

Tents and RVs
Tents and R.V.s

We have plenty of space for tents in both our large upper and lower fields, with our central  restrooms conveniently nearby. There are two RV spaces with full hook-ups available near the central camp area, and one with just electricity and water. We also have a dedicated area just off of the upper field for RV camping with no hook-up. If your group is expecting a large number of tent or RV campers, please let us know so that we can make sure we're able to accomodate your needs.
