New Additions to QC!
Well, you may have noticed that we haven't posted anything in awhile...It's been a very busy month with 2 dessert banquets, a big work party, our camp open house and most importantly one very big addition to our camp staff :)
Here he is, Gabriel Elias, born on Tuesday the 10th and weighing in at a healthy 10 pounds 3.4 ounces. So far his contributions to camp are bringing in several visitors to see the camp, and boosting the morale of camp staff. All joking aside, we are so excited he is finally here, and everyone in our family is really enjoying him (and his chubby cheeks!)
I will be posting a series of updates from the last month, so that you have a chance to read about all the great things that have been going on here in the last month.
Before I sign off, we owe a HUGE thank you to Eric Palmer and Jim Long of Newberg, who drove up to camp last week to deliver a donation (from George Fox University) of round tables and chairs for our dining hall, and a 15 passenger van which was also a partial donation from George Fox. I will post pictures of the new tables soon, but for the moment a picture of the van and two of our favorite volunteers! Thank you George Fox University for your generosity!
